At OLNA PLUS we take your privacy seriously and we do not share our user’s data with any third parties

Our site does not provide students with any means to communicate with each other or any other users not associated with their account. At all times, students are engaged in meaningful education activity within a secure environment.

What information do we collect?
Where possible we try to minimise the information we collect about you.

For all users:
– Your first and last name for your account name and for communication via our platform
– Your email address for your account management and communication
– Your progress through our courses

For groups we collect:
– Organisation details including name and address to manage the group account

For customers who purchase through our website:
– Mobile number for additional account verification
– Address for billing details

What is shared with external parties?
Our automated extended-answer responses are anonymously shared with OpenAI’s text generation tools. No user information is shared bayond the text of the extended response.

Data Deletion:
All data associated with an account that has not been used for over 12 months is deleted. Additionally, users and group managers may request the deletion of associated data by contacting zac@olna.plus.
